Had about 8 up to now.Haven’t had one for 5 hours now so I think I might be stabilized.Feel fine,nothing lost.Thanks all for your well wishes,I’m 51 whoever asked.

Sorry to hear this Sanfran, my dad 87 has been on warfarin for 30 yrs heart problem is blood thinner and seems to have kept him going. I know a few who have had strokes 40yrs to 80yrs had physio and speech therapy all improved a great deal, but slow process. Seems change of diet, smoking, alcohol and exercise always quoted for most health issues with some merit. Hope you make a full recovery as possible.

Blimey mate, that is shit news.
I hope you are getting back on the road to recovery. A friend of mine had a stroke. 3 months of crappness and now he is back to his best with only a couple of slight issues.

Being a bit technical.....was it a clot or a bleed?
